Kevin Fletcher and Tom Prouty have joined the staff at Malone Commercial Brokers.
Fletcher, who is a licensed associate broker in Maine and N.H., has been involved in commercial real estate since 1997. He specializes in investment and income producing properties, retail, office, industrial, and development and holds the CCIM designation.
Prouty joins the firm as its chief operating officer after years in commercial real estate, banking, and construction. He was first was licensed in 1984. He will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business and oversight of brokerage activities.
