Integrated Builders completes 18,000 s/f facility for Sunbelt at 417 South Street - construction cost was $420,000

Integrated Builders, a firm specializing in general contracting and construction management services, recently completed the construction of an 18,000 s/f facility for Sunbelt Rentals Inc. at 417 South St. The total construction cost for the build-out was $420,000.
Sunbelt's new location includes 1,800 s/f of traditional office space, with the majority of the area to be used for production and warehousing purposes. 417 South St. is a recently-built, 146,650 s/f, flex-building owned by Calare Properties of Hudson, Mass. Project manager Dean Kelliher and superintendent Ryan Aitken led the project team for Integrated Builders along with Architect Chris Ladd of Ci Design. Integrated Builders had previously completed the initial base building construction along with a recent 32,400 s/f office build-out for IEP Technologies.

"We have had a great working relationship with Calare Properties while successfully completing multiple large-scale projects at their 417 South Street property."
