Laurie Ann Drinkwater, CCIM, from Marcus & Millichap's Boston office and Seth Richard, from the firm's Manhattan office have sold a CVS Pharmacy to a New Jersey based investor. The asset commanded a selling price of $4.05 million.
Drinkwater and Richard had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a northeastern regional investor and represented the buyer, a N.J. investor.

CVS Pharmacy is located at 540 West Main St. It is situated one mile south of I-691 and five miles from I-84. This site was originally constructed in 1999 for CVS and features great street exposure and a full drive-thru lane. This property has a shared access point through a Stop & Shop Supermarket anchored shopping center and also maintains two additional access points from Centennial Ave.
