N.H. CIBOR names Realtor and Affiliate of the Year

The NH CIBOR annual TF Moran BBQ celebration was held June 18th, and it was a very well attended event, and the venue for the announcement of the NH CIBOR Realtor of the Year, and our Affiliate of the Year. We are very grateful to TF Moran and to Robert, Anne and Dylan Cruess for hosting our annual event, they are wonderful supporters of NH CIBOR.
John Jackman, president of JACKMAN Commercial Realty, Inc. based in Manchester, N.H., has been named the 2015 Realtor of the Year. His company was originally established in 1995, however he had previously been in the commercial brokerage business for six years before going out on his own. Jackman graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Music Education and returned to N.H. to be a public school teacher. After changing careers he completed the rigorous educational process of becoming a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is recognized as an expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. Jackman has always been active in NHCIBOR as a charter member and on the board of directors. He currently sits on the board of directors of the New England Commercial Property Exchange (NECPE), the Northern New England Real Estate Network (NNEREN) and a Past President of the New England Chapter of CCIM. He's been a member and leader of many task forces and committees of the organizations over the years. Jackman has been involved with community, artistic and civic organizations including the Manchester Rotary Club, a past executive director of the New Hampshire Philharmonic Orchestra and board member, the North Country Center for the Arts, New Hampshire Artist Association, Manchester Zoning Board and the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce to name a few.
Andre Tremblay, vice president and commercial loan officer for Franklin Savings Bank has been named 2015 Affiliate of the Year. Over his thirty year career in banking, Tremblay has specialized in commercial real estate lending, starting as a real estate appraiser in the early 1980s. Over his long career, Tremblay has received the President's Award for outstanding performance at two banks (plus a Chariman's Award). He also specializes in lending on affordable housing projects enhanced by Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and has been a member of the asset review committee for NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire for many years. Since 2011, Tremblay has served as a director of NH Commercial Board of REALTORS and as chair of its membership committee where he leads the drive to grow and sustain membership.
