North Branch Const. completes Burnham Soccer Field facility at Dartmouth College

North Branch Construction, Inc. has completed construction of a new 5,000 s/f building adjacent to the new Burnham Soccer Field at Dartmouth College. The new steel and concrete block structure includes locker rooms for two teams and public rest room facilities. Freeman French Freeman, Inc. of Burlington, VT, provided the design for the $2.6 million facility.

White of CBRE/NE sells 3,053 s/f retail at Worth Block - $850,000
Portsmouth, NH
Kent White of CB Richard Ellis/New England's Portsmouth office negotiated the $850,000 sale of a 3,053 s/f retail condominium at the Worth Block. This was an investment sale. The space is occupied by The Friendly Toast, which will remain in operation.
White represented the seller and Arthur Pappas of Atrio Properties represented the buyer.
Malone sells 36,358 s/f

Ira Hyuandai, Inc. has purchased the 36,358 s/f building at 49 Spring St. from 49-51 Spring Street Realty Associates for $7.45 million. Mark Malone, CCIM, Malone Commercial Brokers, completed the sale.
Sidel and Sheehan of EagleBridge Capital arrange $2m financing
Springfield, VT
EagleBridge Capital has arranged construction and permanent mortgage financing in the amount of $2 million for the Springfield Shopping Center.
The mortgage financing was arranged by EagleBridge principals Ted Sidel and Brian Sheehan who said that the loan was provided by regional thrift institution.

Kevin Fletcher, CCIM, of Team Fletcher at Coldwell Banker Millett Realty sold a 6,000 s/f industrial building at 230 Merrow Rd. for $310,000 to MillBran, LLC.
