East Greenwich, RI Albert Scaralia of Albert Realtors/GMAC Real Estate was the listing broker in the sale of a 3,048 s/f automotive repair facility at 1835 South County Trail.

The seller was Chenault Realty LLC and the buyer was Mickey and Michael Coutu.
The sale price was $600,000.
The selling broker was Lee Gallucci of Re/Max Professionals Rhode Island.

Daniel Cregan represented the seller, Suzanne Conley and John Cregan represented the buyer, Kennedy Properties, LLC.

American Building breaks ground for McDonalds

Lincoln, RI American Building Co. broke ground on a new 3,750 s/f prototype McDonalds at 634 George Washington Highway near the Lincoln Mall.
Joe Napoli is the owner/operator of the chain restaurant.
The project team includes Emerald Excavating Inc., Morra Electric Co. and Mobile Fence.
Also in attendance at the ground breaking ceremony were McDonald's supervisors Rand Boone and Adam Pratt, Northern RI Chamber of Commerce president/CEO John Gregory.
