Lowell, MA  Anchor Line Partners and Farallon Capital Management LLC were joined by city manager Kevin Murphy, state representative David Nangle and Lowell’s own Mickey Ward, to launch the new Cross Point tower. The $10 million investment is designed to meet the evolving needs and expectations of companies and their workforce, fostering collaboration and activity and new modern amenities including innovative workspaces, recreational facilities, curated food selections
