Bernheim of Halloran Sage to present at the ICSC U.S. Law Conference October 23-25 in San Diego

Westport, CT Halloran Sage attorney Eric Bernheim will present at the International Council of Shopping Centers’ (ICSC) U.S. Law Conference October 23-25 in San Diego. Bernheim’s workshop, “Lenders and Landlords and Tenants, Oh My! – Balancing the Competing Interests in Estoppels, SNDAs and Recognition Agreements” will take place on Friday, October 25th.

Together with Sills Cummis & Gross attorney Clint Kakstys, Bernheim will explore the role each party plays in the negotiation of estoppels, SNDAs and recognition agreements. They will further discuss the common pitfalls and pressure points for each party, and the strategies for compromise and overcoming issues in order to make each party amenable.
