Raynham, MA Bridgewater Savings Bank has promoted Courtney Tilton to assistant vice president and retail training manager and Justin Jeffrey to branch and client relationship officer.
Tilton will be responsible for the development and implementation of the retail training program. Tilton joined Bridgewater Savings in 2008 as an assistant branch manager and was most recently assistant vice president and branch and client relationship officer at the Lakeville office. Recognized for her exceptional communication and organizational skills, Tilton will be a driving force in the enactment of the Bank’s training program.
Jeffrey joined Bridgewater Savings in March 2016 as assistant branch manager in Lakeville and was quickly recognized as being a strong team leader and having exceptional customer service skills. Jeffrey previously worked at Citizens Bank as an assistant branch manager and small business specialist. Jeffrey will be responsible for the day to day branch operations and business development.
