Join us on September 7th as we kick off our Rethink Safety Series with the Supervisor/Foreman Safety 101 workshop presented by Milton Jacobs, CSP, MPH of Safety Solution Consultants.

This workshop that will feature a discussion between a seasoned construction safety professional (Milton Jacobs, CSP) and a seasoned (25 + years) construction superintendent, who now works for SSCI, regarding what it takes to be successful on a project while maintaining a safety-first focus throughout all phases of the work.  Items to be reviewed are:
    •    Walking the attendees through the process of how a superintendent successfully incorporates safety in design/ building process
    •    How to handle and work with contractors, including those who have limited or no safety plan or process
    •    Safety forms used starting from orientation right through to planning for a phase of work
    •    How to deal with contractors who do not want to address safety items
    •    Much more.. including liability protection, tool box talks, etc
