"According to PWC’s Millennials at Work study, “Choice, flexibility, and experiences at work are now more important to millennials than all other factors – including salary.  With millennials making up over 50% of the workforce today, flexibility and tenant experience will shift from being part of the landlord conversation to the only conversation."

In order to remain competitive in today’s marketplace, landlords need to consider providing flexible workspace, coworking options, more amenities and add vibrancy to the common areas. Some have introduced a range of new amenities, including outdoor workspaces and food trucks, and they have also programmed areas with happy hours, featured speakers and other activities. Landlords can no longer ignore the evolving sociological demands of companies and will need to actively respond to stay competitive.

Join NAIOP to hear expert panelists discuss the following:
- New and different types of amenities offered in commercial office buildings/campuses
- Programming or social gatherings in common areas and the types of activities offered
- Costs of adding these types of amenities, use of third-party providers, and how they are funded
- Coworking as a must add amenity
