Charter Realty secures 29,451 s/f HomeSense at Enfield Commons

Enfield, CT Charter Realty & Development has secured a 29,451 s/f lease for HomeSense at Enfield Commons. The center is located at 25 Hazard Ave. and is owned by Paramount Realty.

Enfield Commons is a 281,000 s/f center and current tenants include Aldi, Marshalls, Michaels, Old Navy, Petco and Olive Garden.

HomeSense offers a shopping experience that complements its sister retail banner, HomeGoods, with expanded departments such as large-scale furniture, lighting and art, as well as new departments like a general store.

Charter has completed more than 40 leases with TJX, the parent company of TJMaxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, HomeSense, and Sierra Trading Company.

HomeSense is expected to open in the Enfield Commons by the end of the year.
