Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England, a leading provider of integrated real estate services, recently sold a 25,399 s/f industrial building located at 22 Nadeau Dr. David Choate of Grubb & Ellis|Northern New England's Portsmouth office represented the seller, the Borovick Retirement Trust of Durham, and Peter Billipp of The Kane Company represented the buyer, 22 Nadeau Drive, LLC
22 Nadeau Drive, LLC is the real estate holding company of The Rubber Group, a Somersworth based manufacturing firm that specializes in rubber products for a variety of industries including medical/healthcare, transportation, process control and a variety of industrial applications from high tech printing equipment to precision measuring devices and mechanical products which include rubber grommets, isolation mounts, bumpers, feet tubing and cord and o-rings.
Rob Pruyn, president of The Rubber Group, said that his firm chose Rochester because, after many years of searching for a building to buy, 22 Nadeau Dr. offers many benefits including lots of power, additional land for expansion, an attractive exterior and close proximity to the Spaulding Turnpike (Rte. 16).
According to the Strafford County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $1.15 million.
