Bridgeport, CT Horvath & Tremblay has completed sale of three properties for $3.146 million. The properties include Black Rock Plaza in Bridgeport, and two multi-family properties in Norwalk and Danbury.

Thomas Connor and Matthew Nadler exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer in the sale of Black Rock Plaza for a sale price of $1.925 million. The two building, multi-tenant retail plaza is located at 3400 Fairfield Ave. in the Black Rock neighborhood of town. The two buildings include 28,200 s/f on a 1.18-acre parcel.
