9th Annual Pease ’n Carrots food drive

Portsmouth, NH CPManagement, Inc. was a corporate sponsor and included hosting a breakfast for the 9^th Annual Pease ’n Carrots food drive. As part of that effort, it promoted the food drive at the November New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtor’s (NHCIBOR) Seacoast marketing meeting, where participants were each encouraged to bring their food donations and others chose to make a monetary contribution, contributing $200 and two-plus carts of non-perishable food items.

“We are thrilled to focus on this great event to support community members in need this holiday season,” said Marie Bodi, spokesperson for CPManagement, Inc. and co-founder of this monthly networking event held at Pease since its inception twenty years ago.

For the past nine years, companies on Pease Tradeport have rallied together to raise thousands of pounds of non-perishable food items and funds to support the work of local charities. This year CPManagement served as the November sponsor of the NHCIBOR Seacoast marketing meeting.

The 2016 beneficiary is the Seacoast Family Food Pantry, a local non-profit aimed at eradicating hunger in the Seacoast. Mark Sullivan, president of Seacoast Asset Management, is the founder of Pease ‘n Carrots. “Many at Pease have mentioned how rewarding it feels to be able to give back to others in need, especially during the holiday season. The competition amongst participants adds a lot of fun to the campaign as well. We are excited to have Marie’s enthusiasm in extending this beyond CPManagement’s participation to other New Hampshire commercial real estate practitioners,” said Deb Anthony, executive director for the Seacoast Family Food Pantry said.
