Thomas Davis of 495 Realty Group, Inc., and Andrew Murray, Jr. of The Katz Companies brokered the lease of 13,823 s/f of industrial space at 312 Main St. to Pennsylvania Steel Company, Inc.
The building is owned by Main and Tower Partners, LLC, who purchased it in February from R & R Realty Trust for $2,956,208.
In the sale of the property, Davis represented the seller, and the buyer was represented by William Sullivan of R.W. Holmes Realty Co.
