Dove promoted at Elaine Construction to MEP project manager

Newton, MA Natalie Dove has been promoted to MEP project manager at Elaine Construction.

Her background working in the early part of her career as a plumbing engineer, and most recently as an assistant project manager at Elaine, brings a breadth of experience and perspective to projects that have complex infrastructure requirements.  Dove’s expertise and insight into this aspect of other firm’s client’s projects’ has long been recognized, as she is a sought out resource within the firm. This formalization of her role recognizes the value she brings to all projects, and as a leader, to those with a particular focus on MEP’s.

As a member of the project management team, Dove will manage all project documentation, scope refinement, schedule modification, contingency planning, and financial oversight, to ensure on-time and on budget completion for corporate and institutional clients.

Dove is involved in a number of women’s advocacy and leadership groups, and is on Elaine Construction’s internal education committee where she has presented on numerous MEP topics. Dove holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.
