Francis Zappone sold 4,800 s/f at 67-75 Meriden Rd. to Brass City Conference and Executive Suites, LLC; 3,200 s/f located at 265 Meriden Rd. to D&W Commercial Lending LLC; and 2,500 s/f located at 281 Meriden Rd. to Waterbury Firefighters & Municipal Federal Credit Union.
Of interest to the individual buyers was the location close to the Brass Mill Center Mall and the high traffic count exposure of 23,000 cars daily on Meriden Rd. near East Main St.
