Gifford of Perry Brokerage handle two leases at The Berkeley at 420 Boylston St. for A.W. Perry

Perry, Overall Capital Partners and Clear Brook Advisors, Inc. have relocated their offices to The Berkeley at 420 Boylston St. in Back Bay from their previous location of 29 Commonwealth Ave. Jon Gifford of Perry Brokerage facilitated the lease transactions on behalf of building owner and manager, A.W. Perry.
