Harris of The Kingsland Company sells two properties totaling $2.22 million

Shelburne, VT Duncan Harris, a founder and principal of The Kingsland Company, completed the sale of two investment properties. The first is 5224 Shelburne Rd., known locally as the Tracy House, for $1.05 million.

The Tracy House is a landmark property in the heart of Shelburne Village built in 1878 and listed on the National Historic Register. The Tracy House is a 3-story brick mansion with a renovated carriage house on one acre. The main house is comprised of office space and three residential apartments. The first floor has multiple offices in the front of the building, as well as two one-bedroom apartments. The second floor includes six offices, many with connecting doors. The third floor is currently used as a residential apartment and has three rooms, a kitchen and a full bathroom. 

The Carriage House is a 3,000 s/f building with three renovated residential apartments. Brian Boardman of Hickok and Boardman Real Estate represented the buyers.

Harris also represented the seller of 70 South Winooski Ave. in Burlington, for $1.175 million. Known as the Daniel Kern House, 70 South Winooski Ave. is a five unit renovated office building. Harris procured the buyer, Kern House Partners, LLC who intend to hold the asset as an investment property.
