Nashua, NH According to CBRE/New England, a lease totaling 10,800 s/f of office/flex space was executed with White Birch Brewing–a craft brewing company–at 460 Amherst St. White Birch Brewing started out in Hooksett in 2009, offering its own craft brews. Their relocation will allow for a larger production facility and tasting/visitor center for tours and tasting events. The space is currently in the fit-up stage and should be open for business this month.
CBRE/NE’s Chris Healey represented the tenant and CBRE/NE’s Mike Tamposi represented the landlord, Adamian Realty Trust.
460 Amherst St. is located in a business center along Rte. 101A. The property is configured for a mixture of office and light-assembly usage. 460 Amherst St. is located at a signalized intersection and offers highway access to the F.E. Everett Tpke. (Rte. 3) via Exit 8. The property is also near retail, dining, hotel, day care, health clubs and conference facilities.
