HRP Associates Inc. hires Frost, LeMay, Pickard and Zeigher

Farmington, CT HRP Associates Inc. (HRP), an environmental engineering and hydrogeology firm, has hired Scot Frost as corporate auditor, Ali LeMay as a consultant, Laurel Pickard as a senior project engineer and Dan Zeigher as a project engineer.

“HRP is pleased to welcome Scot into this new position of corporate auditor on our growing team of EHS professionals,” said Jackie Baxley, PE, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) practice leader. “HRP has provided quality compliance and system audits for decades, and Scot will spearhead the continued growth and excellence in this service area to further support our clients and internal team of professionals.”

Frost is a graduate of Antioch/New England Graduate School where he earned a master’s degree after obtaining his bachelor’s degree from Barrington College. LeMay and Zeigher both earned bachelor’s degrees from the University of Connecticut, and Pickard is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute where she earned both master’s and bachelor’s degrees.

Frost’s responsibilities include coordinating compliance and system audits, mentoring and developing auditors, and actively participating in a wide range of audits including ISO14001 internal audits, ISO45001 internal audits and single or multimedia EHS Audits. His other areas of expertise and service include corrective action planning and training.

“We are excited to also welcome Ali, Laurel and Dan onto our team, and believe that their skills and expertise will greatly add to the variety of complex projects we are working on here in the Farmington office,” said Jason Beach, Connecticut’s regional office manager.

LeMay’s responsibilities include performing environmental site assessments, subsurface investigations and remediation at a variety of project sites. She will also be responsible for data interpretation and preparation of technical reports. 

Pickard provides technical support on a broad range of engineering projects, including wastewater treatment system design and air and wastewater permitting and compliance. Her other areas of expertise include environmental site investigation and remediation and environmental compliance and permitting.  

Zeigher’s responsibilities include the technical support of projects focusing on the investigation and remediation of real property, where he serves several manufacturing businesses, utility and transportation companies, institutions and several commercial entities.  His other areas of expertise include Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) compliance consulting, corrective action, and groundwater compliance.

From my first project it was clear that we are all on the same team working to address our clients’ needs, even across different departments and offices.
