Hunneman hires Farnum as executive vice president and principal in Boston

Boston, MA Peter Farnum has joined Hunneman’s brokerage team as executive vice president and principal. Farnum joins Hunneman with thirty years of commercial real estate experience with a focus in the city’s Back Bay and Financial District. 

Prior to joining Hunneman, Farnum was an executive managing director at Cushman & Wakefield and an executive vice president/principal with the Trammell Crow Co. Additionally, Farnum was a founding partner of FHO Partners, which was then acquired by Cassidy Turley and eventually the successful acquisition led by private equity shop TPG and industry peer DTZ. Farnum has experience with national and international representation of companies and organizations such as: AARP, Bank of America, Wachovia, KeyBank, Outstart, Choate Hall & Stewart and Applied Insurance Research. Some of Farnum’s recent notable deals include the GBREB renewal at 1 Center Plaza, Anchor Capital’s relocation to 2 International Place, and Winn Cos.’ relocation to One Washington.
