“We are delighted to welcome new residents to Serenity Apartments,” said Stephanie Donlin, director of real estate for Greystar. “The community offers well-appointed apartment homes and variety of convenient amenities.”

Nader said, “The growth coming down the Brookline Ave. corridor, with the Children’s Hospital expansion at Brookline Place, Homewood Suites and potentially an additional hotel at Brookline Ave., has created an exciting area of the city to be in.”

Amenities include 24-Hour concierge, lobby, lounge, billiard room, meeting and collaborative areas by RD Jones interior design, private courtyard by CopleyWolff landscape design, roof deck pool with lounge, barbecue deck and green roof, Wi-Fi access in all common areas, direct-access garage parking, on-site Zipcar location, electric car charging stations, LEED Gold Certified and covered bicycle storage area for 195 bicycles.
