Lubin named CT State chair for the ACMA

New Haven, CT Andrew Lubin, a principal with the law firm of Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. has been named the Connecticut State chair for the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA). There are currently only fourteen lawyers who have been elected to the college.

Attorney Lubin heads the firm’s real estate practice group. He practices primarily in the areas of commercial real estate and commercial finance law, providing clients with counsel and representation about the wide array of issues presented by real estate acquisition, ownership, development, financing and leasing.

The American College of Mortgage Attorneys is a national association of private practice and in-house commercial real estate finance lawyers. Inclusion is by nomination and election based on experience and the recommendations of fellow members. 

The college requires that a candidate also has devoted a substantial amount of time to educating the bar or public about real estate and related mortgage transactions.
