Portland, ME Nick Lucas has joined CBRE | The Boulos Company as an associate. Lucas assists in the brokerage duties for the company in the Augusta/Waterville region. 

Lucas has a BA in History from Endicott College. Prior to joining the company he was a History teacher and assistant dean at Hyde School in Bath, Maine. He also owns apartments in his home town, where he has learned first hand the complexities of owning and managing commercial real estate.
