South Burlington, VT Amidst continued growth in the New England region, Stantec’s transportation practice has welcomed a strategic hire to its local office. Amanda Ludlow has joined as a principal focused on guiding the development of the Transportation practice’s local stormwater planning and design group. “Amanda’s wealth of experience and cross-industry knowledge make her a key addition to our team,” said Greg Edwards, senior principal in Transportation at Stantec. “Not only will she provide a strong focus on the growth of our local stormwater group, but she’ll also serve as a valuable leader within our team and the projects on which she works.”

She received her bachelor of science degree in bio-engineering from Syracuse University, master of arts in marine biology from Boston University, and master of science in civil and environmental engineering from Utah State University. Ludlow currently serves on the Technical Advisory Board for the Pure Earth/Blacksmith Institute and serves on the Editorial Board for the International Journal of Phytoremediation.
