Lawrence, MA Lupoli Development has signed five new leases at its flagship property, Riverwalk. These companies offer a mix of manufacturing, nonprofit, medical and corporate services and include: FlowServe, Clarendon Early Education Services, Scientific Intake, Disappearing Inc. and Adecco Group.

“When we developed Riverwalk nearly 20 years ago, we knew it had tremendous potential to bring job creation and economic development to the City of Lawrence. The companies we continue to attract are a testament to the opportunity people are seeing in this city,” said Sal Lupoli, president and CEO of Lupoli Cos. “When we create commercial space for tenants, our goal is to bring our client’s vision to life, and not the other way around. This is why we are able to attract and retain some of the most innovative companies today.”

Riverwalk is an anchor for residents across the Merrimack Valley to access medical, educational, retail and professional services in one, centralized transit-oriented location. In the past year alone, Riverwalk has attracted 38 companies and created 370 new jobs, with 25% of its current tenants operating in the medical industry. The 3.6 million s/f mixed-use development houses more than 200 companies, and has created 4,000 jobs in one of the state’s key Gateway cities. Lupoli Development’s unique model allows businesses to customize their space and explore expansion options without having to relocate; tenants are not restrained by the physical space they occupy at the time their lease is signed.

As a result, Riverwalk’s tenants value and respect the unique tenant/landlord partnership with Lupoli Development.

The success Lupoli Development has seen at Riverwalk has inspired more community-focused and transit-oriented projects which include: Thorndike Exchange in Lowell, The Heights at Haverhill and The Dascomb Road Project in Andover.
