The Rte. 1 location is off I-95 at Exit 53. The buyer will use 3,000 s/f on the first floor, a retail space, to expand her Villa Nail Spa business.

In another transaction, Bloomfield’s popular Village Pizza has purchased an adjacent property to expand parking at their 34 Tunxis Ave. location. Geri Jacobson of Lyman Real Estate brokered both sides of the deal. The sellers were Terry Michalman and Karen McMillan of the Nicholas B. Caruso Trust.

Stratos Livanos and Maria Rosu of Bloomfield Village Pizza, LLC, bought the property to provide the additional parking needed after they built out space for a sports bar at their restaurant. The $90,000 transaction includes an 1,820 s/f building on a quarter acre parcel which abuts Village Pizza’s existing location.
