Portland, ME  Malone Commercial Brokers completed the following sales totaling $3.9 million: 

• 1112 Waterville Rd., Skowhegan: 2,945 s/f retail/office building on 1.5 acres and .95 acre lot sold to Joseph and Michele Ferris by Taconnet Federal Credit Union for $260,000.  Michael Anderson, Malone Commercial Brokers, brokered the sale.

• 143-145 Ocean St., South Portland: 3,693 s/f 2-building multifamily property sold to Kane Collett Properties, LLC by Paul O’Shea for $675,000. Andrew Ingalls of Malone Commercial Brokers and Catie-An Seavey of CBRE/The Boulos Company brokered the sale.

• 583-585 Forest Ave., Portland:  3,614 s/f office building on 0.15 acre sold to Annandale Holdings LLC by Margaret Buzzell for $395,000.  Joe Malone and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers and Chris Sullivan of Vitalius Real Estate Group brokered the deal.

• 600 Riverside St., Portland:  4,500 s/f office/flex and 3,500 s/f warehouse building on 3.21 acres sold to Sea Scaff Realty of Maine, LLC by 600 Riverside Street, LLC for $925,000.  Anderson brokered the deal, which was a 1031 Exchange.

• 28 Mile Rd., Wells:  3 acres of residential development land sold to Redwood Resorts Wells LLC by Legacy Partners III LLC for $940,000.   Anderson brokered the transaction.

• 163 Thadeus St., South Portland:  1,556 s/f office and 4,083 s/f warehouse on 0.69 acre sold to Mark Duval and Anne Duval by Sea Scaff Realty LLC for $705,000.  Anderson brokered the transaction, which was a 1031 Exchange.
