Minnerly and Osvold of NAI Hunneman handle $5.6 million sale

Norwell, MA NAI Hunneman completed the $5.6 million sale of 22 Pond St. The building’s current tenant, McLaren Auto and its owner BMD, LLC exercised a purchase option in their lease and acquired the property from the seller, Herb Chambers.  

NAI Hunneman south team members Cathy Minnerly and Ovar Osvold represented the seller while the buyer was represented by Kathy Doyle of Curran Capital, LLC.

“The property has been a great location for McLaren Auto and the time was right to exercise their purchase option to have more flexibility with regards to their growth as well as any improvements that the dealership wanted to make over time,” said Minnerly.
