Murphy joins Nickerson Real Estate Partners as sales manager in Boston

Boston, MA Claire Murphy has joined Nickerson Real Estate Partners as sales manager. Murphy’s responsibilities include managing the on-site sales team to drive sales traffic and collaboration with Nickerson PR to maximize exposure and sales.

“Nickerson Real Estate Partners is a dynamic company with strong leadership and industry expertise and I am thrilled to become part of the Nickerson team. I look forward to using my 15 years of experience as an on-site real estate broker with a strong track record to oversee marketing and drive sales at Sconset Landing,” said Murphy when asked why she was excited to join the team at Nickerson.

Murphy joins Nickerson Real Estate Partners with 15 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining the Nickerson team, Murphy previously held positions with Coldwell Banker, Peabody Properties (PPI) and EA Fish, Philips International, Lennar and most recently with Boston Relocation Advisors. 

Murphy’s most significant accomplishments include being a multi-million-dollar producer at Coldwell Banker as well as Peabody Properties and EA Fish, selling out the project at Philips International, and lastly, selling out the development with sales over $100 million at Hewitt’s Landing. 

She brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience acumen to the ever-changing Boston real estate market trends and beyond.

Murphy has studied at Northeastern University in Boston, MA and Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. She has her MBA from the graduate school of management at Simmons College located in Boston, MA. She has been a licensed Massachusetts real estate sales person for many years and received her Massachusetts Real Estate Broker’s license in 2007. 

Murphy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Real Estate Board, the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the National Association of Homebuilders, Multiple Listing Service and, lastly, the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council.
