Walpole, MA NAI Hunneman completed a series of new leases totaling 41,245 s/f and renewals totaling 63,247 s/f at Walpole Park South for a total of 104,492 s/f in leases. As a result, there is now only 10,228 s/f of available space remaining at the 600,000 s/f industrial park.

• Building 1 - Camger Coating Systems Family - 6,915 s/f. Eileen Mason of RE/MAX Executive Realty represented the tenant.

• Building 1 - Bald Hill Builders - 13,328 s/f. NAI Hunneman procured the tenant.
