Malden, MA Burgess Properties Inc. has brokered the sale of 405 Pearl St. for $2.8 million. 405 Pearl St. is an 11,790 s/f single-story office building, with 70 parking spaces on its 1.04 acre site, and is the former headquarters of North Suburban Orthopedics, Inc. The buyer, MIC Pearl Property LLC, had tenants in place at the closing, including a 3,800 s/f lease with Orthopedic Surgery, Inc. Steve Nohrden of Burgess Properties was the sole broker.
