Merrimack, NH Chris Pascucci of Masiello Commercial Associates has completed the sale of 23 Depot St. The property, owned by Carbert Properties was purchased by Industrial Solutions. Mark Prolman, of Prolman Realty represented the buyer. According to the Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $240,000.

In another transaction, Pascucci and Jamison Bibaud, both of Masiello Commercial, represented Market Reach Inc. re-locate their corporate headquarters to 9,600 s/f of first class office space at 410 Amherst St. in Nashua. The building is owned by Brady Sullivan Properties and the landlord was represented by SueAnn Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield.
