Pesapane joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston office as an associate

Boston, MA  According to Cushman & Wakefield, Steven Pesapane has joined the firm as an associate on the Downtown Boston team. Pesapane joins Cushman & Wakefield with three years of experience in commercial real estate after nearly two years at Thompson Hennessey & Partners where he most recently served as the manager of business development. In addition to his time at Thompson Hennessey, Pesapane worked as a corporate real estate advisor at DTZ and in business development at State Farm.

Pesapane is originally from Long Island and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he majored in economics.

In addition to his work in commercial real estate, Pesapane volunteers for the Special Olympics of Massachusetts, as well as a running for the Alzheimer’s Association.
