4 Liberty Lane West in Hampton, one of the premier, class A office buildings in the New Hampshire seacoast was acquired by Farley White Interests, a Boston based owner of commercial real estate. The seller in the transaction was Wheelabrator Technologies, an industry leader in the conversion of everyday residential and business waste into clean energy, has relocated their corporate offices to 100 Arboretum Dr. at the Pease International Tradeport in Newington, N.H. I was the seller’s advisor in the transaction. The acquisition cost was one of the largest office building sales in the seacoast last year.

The property is now available for occupancy.  Farley White has retained me as their leasing agent. Available space for lease ranges from 5,000 s/f to 80,000 s/f. Farley White plans on investing in base building improvements to modernize the facility and ensure that it maintains its standing as the premier, class A building in the market. Generous build-out allowances will be available, offering tenants the ability to renovate their space to their own desired specifications.

Located in the Liberty Lane Office Park, 4 Liberty Lane West is a four-story, 80,000 s/f building of classic Georgian Architecture. Constructed in 1986, the handsome atrium lobby, large flexible floor plates and quality craftsmanship are some of the elements that make 4 Liberty Lane West one of the most desirable buildings in New Hampshire. The building boasts numerous amenities which include an exercise room with both men’s and women’s locker rooms (including showers) and a full-service cafeteria. Surrounded by 35 private acres with nature trails, ponds, meticulous landscaping and an outdoor patio and dining area, this property offers occupants an immediate reprieve from their hectic business day.

The property is easily accessible from Exit 2 off I-95 via Rte. 101. Liberty Lane’s stonewall entrance is only 40 minutes north of Boston, 10 miles south of Portsmouth and 30 minutes from the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT).

This particular property is significant not only because of its location, quality and size, but the asking lease rate is well below other class A office buildings in the seacoast. This is a great alternative option to the more expensive Pease Tradeport.
