Dover, NH Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, recently sold a 4,032 s/f office building located at 642 Central Ave. to Labelle Herman Real Estate Holdings, LLC. David Choate of Colliers’ Portsmouth office represented the seller, the Dennis Ciotti Revocable Trust, and assisted the buyer.
The building will be occupied by Gateway Retirement Solutions which is relocating its Rochester, N.H. location. Gateway Retirement Solutions specializes in Medicare solutions, life insurance, long-term care and financial planning. As an independent agency, they offer a wide range of options from many carriers to help customers find the best fit.
Wes Labelle, president of Gateway, said the Dover building was attractive because of it’s central location, size and layout. They plan to move in later this year after renovations are completed.
The building was most recently occupied by the Community Action Program (CAP) of Strafford County which purchased space down the street at Bradley Commons.
According to the Strafford County Registry of Deeds the purchase price was $405,000.
