After two years in European combat for the Army in WWII as a sergeant, Sam purchased a dry-cleaning business, began building homes and started buying 3-family properties. Ever since that time, Bartolucci has been buying, remodeling and selling apartment units. An appraiser of the VA for over 10 years, Sam was also named vice president of the Rhode Island SRA Chapter and is the former president of the Greater Woonsocket Realtor Board. “The Lincoln area has had a good growth, not only residentially, but also industrially. Woonsocket is coming back slowly and with the federal building programs, private landlords find themselves competing against the government and taking a beating.” Married with one daughter, Sam works closely with his wife, who has a license and runs the office.
