By 1950, his brother Norman had entered the business, and the three Benedicts developed one of the most respected real estate and appraisal firms on the East Coast. Howard is the only C.P.E. (Certified Property Exchangor) in New England and just one of 140 in the country. “We are formulating a course here in New England for the field and I plan to be teaching 5 courses by next year.” A past president of the Conn.
