What do you do now and what ware you planning for the future: I focus on lobbying on behalf of CBA; also education on behalf of member banks; the CT School of Finance & Mgmt. offers a 3 year program on all aspects of banking. It is open to bankers in general. CBA also focuses on identifying new leaders in the industry. In addition we have a Women in Banking conference focusing on career development. We also are starting a program focusing on Millenials and the nuances of banking for them and want to get them interested in banking as a career.
