Manchester, NH Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. completed the sale of the 6,000 s/f office building at 69 Bay St. from 69 Bay St. Realty Partnership of Manchester, N.H. to Novus Vita Counseling PLLC.     

Reed represented the seller 69 Bay St. Realty Partnership in this transaction.  Dan Silva of Keller Williams in Bedford represented the buyer Novus Vita Counseling PLLC.  According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $450,000.

In another transaction, Reed leased an 11,660 s/f industrial building at 801 Perimeter Rd. from 850 Perimeter Road LLC to Mach V Group LLC.     

Reed represented the landlord  850 Perimeter Road LLC, and assisted the tenant Mach V Group LLC.
