Cregan of Paramount Properties sells 13,000 s/f retail/office complex

West Warwick, RI John Cregan of Paramount Properties Group has sold a three-building, retail/office complex at 265-297 Providence St.
The 13,000 s/f center is 93% leased.
Cregan represented the seller LaCroix Properties. Raymond Yee of Meiland Real Estate represented the buyer, Henry Johnson.
