Shelton, CT According to RHYS, a Stamford-based commercial real estate firm, Smoke World LLC is moving to the Shelton Town Center. The new 1,865 s/f store at 350 Bridgeport Ave. is a smoke shop/variety store primarily selling cigars and other tobacco based products. This will be the first store of its kind in the area and will be located next to Planet Pizza. 

“Smoke World will be a welcome addition to Shelton’s expanding retail corridor,” said RHYS director Wes Craft. “They will enjoy a prominent presence in a busy, highly trafficked area.”

RHYS senior vice president Tyler Lyman, vice president Ryan Stranko and Craft represented the landlord, Shelton Town Center LLC, and were the sole brokers on the deal.

In another transaction, Orangetheory Fitness is moving to Guilford Center, a CVS anchored outdoor shopping center.

Orangetheory Fitness, a national fitness franchise, will occupy a 3,450 s/f space at 1057-1069 Boston Post Rd. This will be the first Orangetheory in the area and will be located next to Pet Valu, alongside other tenants including Supercuts and recently signed Guilford Coffee House.

Lyman and Craft represented the landlord, Finast Acquisition, LLC. Rob Marona and Nick Marona of Newmark, Knight Frank, represented the tenant.
