Stamford, CT RHYS Commercial has negotiated 8,400 s/f in the following lease deals:

• Concord Maritime (shipping brokers) has signed a lease for 2,500 s/f of office space at 600 Summer St. RHYS brokers Sam Chambers, Greg Romano and Ted Grogan represented the tenant. Building owner, Forstone Capital LLC, represented themselves in the deal.

• Restaurex, a franchise management company, has signed a lease for 3,000 s/f of office space at 750 East Main St. RHYS brokers Chambers and Romano represented the tenant. Building owner, Forstone Capital, represented themselves.

 

 

• Ocean Venture Partners, a financial services company, has signed a lease for 2,200 s/f of office space at Harbor Landing at 46 Southfield Ave. RHYS brokers Christian Bangert, Chambers and Jon Conway represented the landlord, Building and Land Technology. Mike McCarthy with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

• Farmers Insurance has signed a lease for 700 s/f of office space at 111 Elm St. in New Canaan. RHYS broker Chambers represented the tenant in the transaction. Sean Grathwohl of David Adam Realty represented the landlord.
