Bedford, NH Colliers International leased 18,000 s/f at 160 South River Rd. Bob Rohrer and Doug Martin of Colliers International’s Manchester office represented the lessor, CREG 160 South River Road LLC. Chris Nickerson, of Nickerson Construction, assisted the lessee, Derry Medical Center (DMC) and Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine Associates (SNHIMA).
Derry Medical, with locations in Derry, Londonderry, and Windham, N.H., and SNHIMA, with locations in Derry and Windham, as well as a new location in Manchester, are independent family practices serving the southern N.H. region. The practices are expanding to Bedford to accommodate Drs. Bennet, Fitzgerald, and Rosenbaum, who recently joined DMC, and better serve the practices’ growing number of Manchester and Bedford patients.
The practices began seeing patients on January 1st, in temporary space at 160 South River Rd., with the target date for opening their new offices set for June. As part of the lease agreement, RJ Finlay is planning significant improvements to the property, which will contribute to making 160 South River Rd. a premier medical office destination.
Thomas Buchanan, CEO of Derry Medical Center, said that his company chose the location because, “it is centrally located in Bedford and enjoys easy access to the highways, which makes it a convenient location for our patients. We are excited to be adding new offices in a great community.”
