Lexington, MA NAI Hunneman brokered the $5.35 million sale of 125 Hartwell Ave. The NAI Hunneman team of executive vice president David Ross, assistant vice presidents Henry Lieber and Gina Barroso, and senior associate Ian McKinley represented the seller, 125 Hartwell Trust, and procured the buyer, Eliot Community Human Services, Inc, represented by Phil Burgess of Burgess Properties, Inc.

“125 Hartwell Ave. was the perfect location for Eliot Community Services, the largest human services agency in the state, which will fully occupy the building. The property offered them a corporate headquarters in Lexington, as well as easy highway access and area amenities for their employees,” said Ross.

Totaling 38,277 s/f 125 Hartwell is located in the Rte. 128 corridor.

The property offered two floors (19,200 SF each) of office space, excellent highway access, ample parking generous, clear heights, and a wealth of area amenities.
