totaling $4,792,400

Danbury, CT Horvath & Tremblay has completed the sale of two properties in New England for a total of $4,792,400. Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of the Chipotle Plaza. Horvath and Tremblay exclusively represented the seller to complete the transaction at a sale price of $3,271,400. Chipotle Plaza is located at 81 Newtown Rd.

Newington, MA Torrington Properties (Torrington) has acquired the Mall at Fox Run from Morgan Stanley. The more than 250,000 s/f mall is home to over sixty stores and restaurants, including local and national retailers such as Seacoast Cars & Coffee, Aeropostale, American Eagle, Bath & Body Works, H&M, LOFT, Men’s Wearhouse and Yankee Candle.

Atlantic Retail partners sells 11.5-acre property

Somerville, MA Atlantic Retail has sold 65-75 Mystic Ave. The 11.5-acre property inclusive of Home Depot is located in the Assembly Square neighborhood. Town of Burlington to host weekly Beer Garden & Local Business Fest

Bedford, NH Marcus & Millichap have completed the sale of two triple net-leased retail properties. The transactions included the sale of a Trader Joe’s and Friendly Toast.  “The Trader Joe’s was placed under agreement at a market-leading cap rate of 4.9%, and the buyer never re-traded pricing when the market shifted,” said James Koury, senior managing director investments. 

Waldman of Waldman & Associates sells South Plaza for $4.7 million

Milford, MA The South Plaza, an 80,000 s/f property located at 146 South Main St., was sold on July 6, 2023, for $4.7 million which is 7.9 cap. Dan Waldman  of Waldman & Associates represented the owner and procured the buyer. Waldman started leasing the plaza several years ago when it was 50% vacant. Now it is 100% leased, and the new tenants are thriving.
