Burlington, MA Simon, a global leader in premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations, has announced a multi-million dollar transformational redevelopment for Burlington Mall.

Burlington Mall’s plan includes the redevelopment into new shops and restaurants. Construction for phase one starts this summer with a spring 2019 opening.

“We are excited to redevelop the former Sears’s store with uses that will benefit the community and the existing retailers in these properties,” said Michael McCarty, chief operating officer, Simon Malls.

Burlington Mall is an upscale shopping center anchored by Nordstrom, Lord & Taylor, Macy’s, and Primark. Burlington Mall features more than 160 specialty shops, a food court and a variety of restaurants.
