• Hopedale, MA – 24 unit vinyl sided apartment building located at 37 Dutcher St. The property was sold by Dutcher Manor, LLC to 37 Dutcher Hopedale, LLC for $2.2 million. The building was built in 1920 and consisted of 23 two-bedroom units and 1 one-bedroom unit. 

• Marlborough, MA – 27 unit brick apartment building located at 195 E. Main St. The property was sold by Universal Real Estate Investments, LLC to So-AM Realty Trust as part of a 1031 exchange for $2.35 million. The building was built in 1967 and consisted of 15 one-bedroom and 12 studio apartments.

• North Providence, RI – 12 unit brick apartment building located at 1144 Douglas Ave. The property was sold by Pinnacle Properties, LLC to 1144 Douglas Ave., LLC for $840,000. The building was built in 1970 and consists of 11 two-bedroom and 1 one-bedroom unit.
